Welcome to XSQUARE.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the XSQUARE website and the services provided by XSQUARE.
By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, purchasing a service, or engaging XSQUARE for a project, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
XSQUARE is a digital agency providing services that may include:
Website design and development
WordPress development
UI/UX design
Graphic design
Branding
Logo and creative design
SEO services
Digital marketing
Social media services
Website maintenance
Website support
Digital consulting
Other technology and creative services
The exact services, deliverables, timelines, fees, and requirements for each project may be defined in a separate quotation, proposal, invoice, agreement, or written communication.
Submitting an inquiry through our website does not automatically create a client relationship or guarantee that XSQUARE will accept the project.
Before beginning a project, XSQUARE may provide a quotation, proposal, scope of work, or other written confirmation describing the agreed services.
A project becomes confirmed when the required approval, agreement, payment, or other stated requirements have been completed.
Each project is based on the agreed scope of work.
Any work outside the original scope may be treated as additional work and may require:
Additional fees
Additional time
A revised quotation
Written approval before work begins
Requests for significant changes to the original project requirements may be considered a new scope of work.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, content, materials, credentials, approvals, and instructions reasonably required to complete a project.
This may include:
Text content
Images
Logos
Brand guidelines
Website access
Hosting access
Domain information
Social media access
Business information
Product or service information
Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, unavailable access, or client-requested changes may affect the project timeline.
For website projects, the final website will generally be developed according to the approved scope and requirements.
Unless otherwise agreed, XSQUARE is not responsible for:
Third-party hosting failures
Domain registrar issues
Third-party plugin failures
Third-party software changes
Server outages
Security vulnerabilities caused by third-party software
Changes made by the client or another developer
Issues resulting from unauthorized modifications
Ongoing maintenance, security monitoring, hosting, plugin licenses, or support may be charged separately unless expressly included in the agreed package.
Design services may include logos, social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, banners, UI designs, branding materials, and other creative assets.
The number of concepts, revisions, formats, and final deliverables will depend on the agreed project scope.
Additional concepts or revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Clients may be provided with a defined number of revisions depending on the selected service or package.
A revision means a reasonable modification to an existing concept or deliverable.
A complete change of direction, new concept, or substantially different requirement may be considered additional work.
Once a deliverable is approved by the client, further changes may be chargeable.
SEO, digital marketing, social media marketing, and related services are performed using strategies considered appropriate for the agreed project.
XSQUARE does not guarantee:
Specific Google rankings
Specific search positions
Guaranteed traffic
Guaranteed leads
Guaranteed sales
Guaranteed advertising results
Guaranteed social media growth
Guaranteed revenue
Search engines, advertising platforms, social networks, and other third parties may change their algorithms, policies, systems, or requirements at any time.
Such changes may affect project performance.
Where XSQUARE provides advertising or campaign management services, advertising fees paid to platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other platforms may be separate from XSQUARE’s service fees unless otherwise stated.
Advertising approval, delivery, reach, cost, performance, and account status may be affected by the policies and systems of the relevant advertising platform.
XSQUARE cannot guarantee that an advertising platform will approve or continuously deliver any particular advertisement or campaign.
Fees will be communicated through the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, or agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
Deposits or advance payments may be required before work begins.
Additional work may require additional payment.
Third-party costs may be billed separately.
Taxes, transaction fees, hosting fees, domain fees, software licenses, or other external costs may be excluded unless expressly stated.
Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or delay of services.
Refund eligibility depends on the nature and stage of the service.
Because many digital services involve time, labor, research, design, development, and customized work, payments for work already performed may not be refundable.
If a project is cancelled after work has started, XSQUARE may retain amounts corresponding to work already completed, costs incurred, and approved non-refundable third-party expenses.
Any specific refund terms stated in a separate written agreement or quotation will take precedence over this general section.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, XSQUARE retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, tools, frameworks, processes, templates, source systems, reusable components, concepts, and internal resources.
Upon full payment of the agreed project fees, ownership or usage rights for the final custom deliverables will be transferred to the client to the extent stated in the applicable project agreement.
Third-party materials, fonts, stock images, plugins, themes, software, APIs, and licenses remain subject to their respective owners’ licensing terms.
The client represents that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to provide content, images, trademarks, logos, documents, videos, software, and other materials to XSQUARE.
The client is responsible for claims arising from materials supplied by the client that infringe the rights of another person or organization.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, XSQUARE may display completed work in its portfolio, website, presentations, social media, case studies, or promotional materials.
If a project contains confidential information or the client specifically requires confidentiality, the parties may agree to separate confidentiality or non-disclosure terms.
Projects may depend on third-party services, including:
Hosting providers

WordPress plugins
Themes
Payment processors
APIs
